Tech Support Has Not Changed Over The Years
Last month, a ancient yet detailed diary was found locked away in the confines of a European monastery. This diary as it turns out, belonged to the medieval equivalent to a help desk technician. While not as riveting or compelling as the Diary of Ann Frank, it does present an interesting look at the obstacles faced by the emergence of new technology in the dark ages.
And history is doomed to repeat itself, as this same conversation has been repeated thousands of time over the years whenever a new technology is launched.
