Among several new changes in the NFL this year is a more efficient way of dealing with QBs who, for injury or just plain suckitude, are no longer viable options as starters. Seen in this video footage is Jets head coach Eric Mangini helping former starting QB Chad Pennington onto the NFL’s new “dead QB cart”. So far this year, the cart has been used by the Minnesota Vikings, Chicago Bears, St Louis Rams, Miami Dolphins, Oakland Raiders, and now the Jets.

Next year the NFL hopes to extend the cart to all players deemed worthless by their respective teams, but first they need to find a much, much larger cart.
